By clicking on the state of Illinois map, you will
be given the choice of searching by county or by zip
code. The zip code option will search a radius of 7
miles. Once you select your search method, click on
Go and it will take you to a Search Results
page where you will find the closest centers to your
search requirement. You will also have the option to
View Additional Nursing Centers in your area
at the top of the screen.
If your search is in an area that does not have any
centers, you will see No Results Found. However,
you will be given an option to select another search
criteria.
Due to its heavily populated areas, if you are looking
for a center in Cook, DuPage, Lake, or Will Counties,
you will be given an option to search further.
Once you enter the Search Results Page, you will an
icon called Additional Center Information, which
will give you the following types of detailed information:
- Level of Care
- Services
- Rehab Services
- Recreational Activities
- Social Services Programs
- Community Outreach
